With 24 years of legal practice and over 8,000 cases filed, Theron is the legal mind behind Legal Fusion. As a practicing attorney and firm owner, he's seen every challenge a growing law firm faces , from intake bottlenecks to lead leakage to the constant struggle of building a predictable pipeline.
Theron didn't build Legal Fusion AI because he read about law firm marketing problems in a textbook. He lived them. Every day. For over two decades. That experience is embedded in every workflow, every automation, and every system component.
His mission is simple: give every law firm access to the same growth system that transformed his own practice , without the years of trial and error it took to get there.
